- Download: Tap the Android APK link from inova138 or use the QR code on our site to download the inova138 app file to your phone.
- Enable unknown sources: Go to Settings → Security → enable "Unknown Sources" so your device allows the APK installation.
- Install: Open your Downloads folder, tap the inova138 APK, and follow the on-screen prompts to install the app.
- Register or log in: Launch the app, create a new account or sign in with your existing inova138 credentials, then verify your mobile number and identity.
Installation on iOS and web browser
iOS users open Safari, navigate to inova138.app, and tap the Share button. Select "Add to Home Screen" to create an app-like icon on your home screen. Tap the icon to launch inova138 in fullscreen mode. No App Store download required. The web app works on all tablets and desktop computers—simply visit inova138.app in any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
App performance and compatibility
inova138 runs on Android 7.0 (API 24) and later, iOS 12.0 and later, and all modern mobile browsers. The Android app uses approximately 80–120 MB of storage depending on cached data. We optimise for devices with 2 GB RAM or more. The app works on 4G, 5G, and WiFi networks. If your device is older or storage is limited, use the web browser version instead—it requires no local storage beyond cookies.
Performance is consistent across phones and tablets. We test inova138 on Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, Realme, and iPhone models. If you experience slow loading, check your internet speed, clear your app cache, or restart the app. For persistent issues, contact our support team via email or live chat in English or Indonesian.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
If the APK does not install, ensure "Unknown Sources" is enabled in Settings. If your device shows a security warning about the app, tap "Install anyway"—inova138 is a trusted application signed by our company. Some devices require you to trust the certificate in Settings → Security → Trusted credentials before installation proceeds. If you see "Insufficient storage," free up space by deleting old files or photos, then retry the install.
On iOS, if the web app does not save to your home screen, ensure you are using Safari (not Chrome or another browser). Clear your browser cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data), then return to inova138.app and try again. If the app crashes after opening, force-close Safari and reopen. Update your iOS version through Settings → General → Software Update if you are running an older OS.
Data security and account access on inova138
We encrypt all data transmitted between your device and our servers using TLS 1.2 or later. Your login credentials, balance, transaction history, and personal information are stored securely. The app does not store your password locally—only a session token. If you uninstall and reinstall the app, you log back in with your username and password as usual.
We recommend enabling two-factor authentication in your account settings for additional security. Two-factor protection requires an SMS code or authenticator app confirmation each time you log in from a new device. Your account is yours alone; never share your password or recovery codes. If you suspect unauthorised access, log in via the web browser, change your password immediately, and contact our support team. All account activity—deposits, withdrawals, bets, logins—is logged and available in your account history.
Payment and withdrawal via the inova138 app
